  • “We recently hosted a small wedding reception at Schilling’s Beer Company, and the entire experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Planning remotely can often be stressful, but Victoria made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. She scheduled multiple calls with my fiancé and me to ensure every detail was covered and even met with my sister in person to walk through the venue and discuss accommodations.
The team made the food ordering process simple and straightforward, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. On the day of the wedding, Victoria went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm, thoughtful approach helped make us feel truly special on our big day.
We’re so grateful to the entire staff at Schilling’s for their professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. The venue was beautiful, the food and drinks were outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to host a special event!” C. • “We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue to host our wedding reception than Schilling Beer Co. From the start, their attention to detail made the planning process a breeze. The rustic charm of the space created the ideal intimate setting, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about the pizza, calling it ‘the best!’ The team at Schilling was so attentive and always just a message away, ready to help with any questions or requests. On the day of the event, everything exceeded our expectations. The fantastic staff, thoughtful personal touches, and cozy atmosphere all made for a truly memorable celebration. Schilling has always been a special place to us, and we are beyond grateful to have been able to share it with our loved ones on such an important day.” L. Wells
  • “Schilling Beer Co. was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From our first interactions, the team had a relaxed, informed, and light-hearted communication style that put us at ease. The space is quaint and charming. The staff provided excellent service for food and beverage, made the booking process easy, and accommodated our special requests like moving furniture and allowing us to set up decor before the ceremony. They even surprised us with personal touches like custom signs and a thank you card! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our special day. We are so thankful to Victoria and her team for creating a perfect atmosphere and allowing us to hold our reception at a brewery that holds a special place in our hearts!” A. Dacey

Unfortunately, no. We had a designated dog area in our beer garden for a couple of years until we had several fairly serious bite incidents in 2023-24. This is unfortunate, as we are all dog lovers and owners. However, we are not willing to risk the safety of our team or guests. Service animals? Always. Pets? No.

We have two restaurants on our Schilling campus; the Pub (red building) and the Mill Street Kitchen (tan building). The Pub has fan favorites, such as our wood-fired pizza, house-made pretzel twist with beer cheese, and hummus slates. The Mill Street Kitchen has our European-inspired handheld foods, with Smashburgers, fries, poutine, schnitzel, falafel, and more! Both are served buffet style, but our servers can adjust service to fit your needs.

Yes… and no. While we appreciate a good home-cooked dish, we’d love to provide our food for your special day. If you have something in mind that’s not on our appetizer or dinner menu, we’d love to work with you to make it happen! That being said, please feel free to bring your own desserts. We have a plating fee according to the type of dessert, but our Event Coordinator will work with you to determine if that’s necessary.

All areas of our campus are kid-friendly, and we love hosting our younger guests! We have crayons and coloring paper available for their
entertainment, as well as a variety of drinks for them to enjoy with our of-age guests.

Private Events

We make all of our beer on campus in our production facility in the back of our Store and Tasting Room, so we only serve our beer for private
events. The Pub has 16 taps of our rotating beer, while our Mill Street Kitchen offers six!

Private Events

While our facility only produces beer, we have a selection of other beverages available for you to enjoy! Both the Pub and Mill Street Kitchen
have a rotating selection of Stowe Cider and Rossino wine, as well as Boyland Brand soda, Natalie’s Lemonade, San Pellegrino Sparkling
Water, and Horizon Organic Chocolate Milk. In addition to those options, our Mill Street Kitchen offers seasonal handcrafted cocktails, only
available in that building. We’d love to discuss creating a special cocktail based on your occasion!
