I love your campus space! What options do you have for private rentals?
Our private room rentals include many places throughout our campus. Depending on the size of your party, as well as your preferred food menu, we have a range of options. Our Events Coordinator will help determine what option may be best for you! Visit the Private Events page for more info.
What beers do you have on tap for events?
All of our beer is made on site, so we offer exclusively Schilling beer at our Littleton Campus. The Pub has 16 taps of our rotating beer, while our Mill Street Kitchen offers six!
Do you serve anything other than beer at events?
While our facility only produces beer, we have a selection of other beverages available for you to enjoy! Both the Pub and Mill Street Kitchen have a rotating selection of Stowe Cider and Rossino wine, as well as Boylan Brand soda, Natalie’s Lemonade, San Pellegrino Sparkling Water, and Horizon Organic Chocolate Milk. In addition to those options, our Mill Street Kitchen offers seasonal handcrafted cocktails, only available in that building. We’d love to discuss creating a special cocktail based on your occasion!
What are the food menu options for Private Events?
We have two restaurants on our Schilling campus; the Brewery & Pub and Mill Street Kitchen. The Pub has fan favorites, such as our wood-fired pizza, house-made pretzel twist with beer cheese, and hummus slates. The Mill Street Kitchen has our European-inspired handheld foods, with Smashburgers, fries, poutine, schnitzel, falafel, and more! Both are served buffet style, but our servers can adjust service to fit your needs.
Can you accommodate menu requests for private events?
Yes! Our talented Chef and Back of House team would love to help make your event vision come true. In meeting with both our Events Coordinator and Chef, we’ll help you develop a menu that works with our beer and, more importantly, the spirit of your occasion.
Can we bring outside food or a special dessert for a private event?
This depends on the request. While we appreciate a good home-cooked dish, we’d love to provide our food for your special day. If you have something in mind that’s not on our appetizer or dinner menu, we’d love to work with you to make it happen! That being said, please feel free to bring your own desserts. We have a plating fee according to the type of dessert, but our Event Coordinator will work with you to determine if that’s necessary.
Can we decorate the space for our event?
Yes! Our Event Coordinator will work with you to determine the best time to decorate. Additionally, we’ll discuss how we can assist in decorating so you’re able to enjoy the day – let us do the work!
Can we invite children to our private event?
All areas of our campus are kid-friendly, and we love hosting our younger guests! We have crayons and coloring paper available for their entertainment, as well as a variety of drinks for them to enjoy with our of-age guests.

Are Schilling Beer Co. and Resilience beers the same thing?
Any beer that you see with the Schilling brand or the Resilience brand is brewed by the same crew at our brewery here in Littleton. Schilling Beer Co. was started to share our American take on progressive European-inspired beers. We started Resilience American Ale Project to showcase a dual focus on hoppy ales (Pale Ales, IPAs and Double IPAs). In 2026, we decided to rebrand our Resilience beers under the Schilling name. The hoppy offerings are the same, but they now live under the same brand as our European-Inspired beers.
Where can I find Schilling beers?
Outside of our campus in Littleton, you can find our beers in many restaurants, bars, and stores. We distribute our beer in limited quantities to carefully selected craft beer retailers in Vermont through Vermont Beer Shepherd; New York via Sarene Craft Beer Distributors; New Hampshire and Maine through Vacationland Distributors; in Massachusetts and Rhode Island via Craft Collective; in Michigan via M-4 CIC; and in Virginia and Washington, DC, via Allied Craft Distribution. Please contact these distributors directly if you are interested in sourcing our products beyond Littleton, NH.
