Our campus in Littleton, New Hampshire sits on the scenic bank of the Ammonoosuc River, just steps off the town's historic Main Street. Every Schilling building has a heated outdoor deck overlooking the Ammonoosuc River, and there is four-season beer garden seating (with fire pits in the winter!).

We offer three defining hospitality experiences at Schilling, in addition to our outdoor beer garden:

Our restored 18th-century brewery Pub & Kitchen (red building)  features an expansive list of Schilling draught beers to pair with hand-crafted, wood-fired pizzas. Salads, artisan cheese slates, and other small plates are also available there. This is our original brewpub, full of warmth and rustic North Country charm.

Next door at Mill St. Kitchen we serve casual, European-inspired fare alongside a curated list of Schilling beers and craft cocktails. Think: hand-helds goodies one would grab on the way back from exploring brewery kellers in Munich.

Finally, the Store & Tasting Room serves as our primary retail experience–complete with special draught pours, rare bottled beers, packaged beer to go, and a wide variety of tastefully branded gear. 

All three facilities are open 7 days a week, year round, and each has their own unique outdoor/riverside seating experience.

Geography, landscape, and seasons have long influenced brewing and the enjoyment of beer. Our brewery and philosophy of hospitality is intimately linked to our climate, surroundings, and North Country community. Watch the river thaw from winter to spring from the warmth of our pub; see the flowers bud or leaves change in our beer garden while drinking a wild beer literally crafted by the same environment; sip dark lagers or something aged in oak in front of the fire once the snow flies. Hike in, rack your mountain bike, take off your snowshoes, and enjoy our beers here in the White Mountains with those you love.
